To reset the EEPROM on your HP printer, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Press down the printer’s “Power” button.

Step 2: Press the button labeled “Cancel” three times.

Step 3: Press the “Resume” button on your printer four times.

Step 1: Unplug your printer’s power cord from the wall outlet and your printer.
