What You’ll Need

Setting up your new HP Deskjet 3755 printer doesn’t have to be a complicated process. To get started, you’ll need the following items:

Getting Started

Power on
  • I’m going to press and hold this wireless button and the cancel button for a few seconds until the light starts to flash. 
  • The blue light has started to blink. It’s ready to connect with our wireless network.
  • Now, the second step is to go to your Android device or iPhone and download the HP Smart app and open that app.
  • So in the HP Smart app, we need to find out this printer. 
  • So you can see on the top there is a plus button.
  • So we press on that and you can see it’s searching for the printers.
  • If it’s able to find it’s, okay. If not, then we press add printer.
  • Now it will search for the printer which is available. 

You can see it’s showing up HVX 3700 series printer.

  • So we click on that and here we can see the WiFi network.
  • So we need a WiFi network of our home or office to connect this printer for wireless network. 

So you can see your phone is connected to the WiFi network available in your home. So same network you will find here.

  • And now you have to enter the password of your WiFi network.
  • So once you enter the password, just press continue. 

Now you will see there are few stages like printer found, preparing the printer, obtaining IP address and then finish connections. So you just have to wait for a few seconds so that it can do all the processing. 

These are the four steps in this. And make sure your WiFi network is available at home or office, wherever you want to connect. And you have to connect both your printer and your mobile phone to the same network. 

Then you can use it wirelessly in the end, you will get the confirmation like printer connected to the WiFi. And that’s the name of the network.

  • Press continue. Now it will give you all the details of the printer. 

So that includes everything, like how much? Ink is left you can do print scan now you get option like if you want to send a link you can send a link to other devices if you want to use it. Otherwise note right now now it says setup complete, let’s print. 

Cable

Connecting your new HP Deskjet 3755 printer to your computer is easy. Before getting started, you’ll need the USB cable that came with your printer and your computer.

  1. Connect one end of the USB cable to the USB port on your printer, located at the back of the printer.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer.
